Youth and Opportunity United (Y.O.U.)

Not-for-Profit organization located in Evanston, IL. Specific work with grades 2 through 5 in the after school space and virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. Focus on science, sports/wellness, SEL, and arts activities.

Below is a video project made with the youth for Y.O.U.’s 2022 Diverse Communities United event, meant to celebrate the youth of individual school participants. Videos were released on or around Dr Martin Luther King Jr’s birthday, and our site chose to focus on how the youth were thriving and looking towards a positive future.
